This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational risk, workload, and work environment on employee productivity at PT Universal Prima Grafika. The research employed a survey method with 74 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS and IPA approaches. The results show that occupational risk, workload, and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. A conducive work environment and appropriate workload arrangement can enhance concentration, motivation, and productivity, while poor working conditions tend to decrease performance and increase the risk of accidents. In conclusion, implementing a positive safety culture and climate can reduce workplace accidents while improving employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall performance.
