The development of digital technology has opened up great opportunities for innovation in the world of education, one of which is through the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This study aims to design and build an AR-based learning media that aims to introduce various types of bacteria to high school students. This media is expected to increase students' interest in learning and understanding through interactive visual displays in the form of 3D models of bacteria such as Salmonella sp., CRAB, and Escherichia coli. This study uses the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method in the application development process, and testing is carried out using the Black Box Testing method and questionnaires to students at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo
