Design and Development of a Mobile-Based Application for Measuring the Quality of Medical Records at Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Hospital

The quality of the completeness of medical records is very vital, so it needs to be considered. Siti Fatimah Tulangan Hospital focuses on quality control, so innovation is needed to provide convenience by designing a mobile-based medical record quality measurement application. This study aims to help monitor and evaluate the quality and completeness of filling in medical records. This type of research is action research with RnD (Research and Development) research design. There are 7 steps are caried out to produce a product including initial design, creating user flow, creating use case diagrams, creating activity diagrams for designing mobile-based UI (User Interface), designing a wireframe for the medical record quality measurement application, and testing result. The design result that are in accordance with the needs are then developed by the IT department at the hospital, the outputof this study are journals and HKI.
