This study designs and implements a car parking monitoring system prototype based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using an ESP32 microcontroller, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors, LED indicators, and Telegram Bot integration. The system aims to provide real-time information on parking availability. The research applied a Research and Development (RnD) method through hardware and software design, as well as system testing. Results show an average sensor error of 1.83%, LED indicators functioning accurately, and the Telegram Bot delivering notifications with an average delay of 1.9 seconds. Overall, the system achieved high accuracy and offers a practical solution for parking information services.
