The regional government of Sidoarjo Regency determines the parking tariff which is regulated in Sidoarjo Regency Regional Regulation Number 17 of 2019 regarding the implementation of parking. This search includes information about drivers and parking fees, including car fees, parking fees, and bank fees such as city fees. The author uses qualitative methods and observation methods, interviews and documents as data collection methods to collect information and data. In this study, the authors used a quantitative research method which focused on collecting car rental information. When creating the system, the production process will be done to see what is necessary to create the system. The needs of employees and managers are important in planning this process. The result of creating the application has features that meet the resolve the problem of deposit management. The Sidoarjo Regency Transportation Payment Service web application may allow users to manually collect and store data.
