This research is focused on creating and building an Android-based personal finance tracking application using the Flutter framework.. The application is designed to simplify the process for users to record income and expenses, as well as to view financial reports through diagram visualizations and an interactive interface. The development method includes several stages: requirement analysis, UI/UX design, application development using Flutter, and the integration of a local SQLite database via the Drift package. The development results show that the Money Tracker application can record financial transactions in real-time, present reports in pie chart format, and support a chatbot feature to assist users. This application is expected to be an efficient solution for users in managing their daily finances.
