Screen-printed t-shirt production is part of the rapidly growing creative industry in Indonesia, but still faces various obstacles such as wasted time, inefficient use of materials, and inconsistent production results. This study aims to increase the productivity of screen-printed t-shirt production through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing using Current Value Stream Mapping (CVSM), Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) showing the largest waste occurs in the processing (25%) and waiting (20%) categories, which are caused by non-standardized SOPs, long screen setup times, old machines, and inconsistent raw material quality. Implementation of improvements resulted in a decrease in cycle time from 22,007 seconds to 14,892 seconds, a reduction in potential defects, and a decrease in waiting time between processes. Meanwhile, the Kaizen approach is able to optimize production flow, reduce waste, improve quality, and accelerate order completion, thereby increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the creative industry.
