The transformation of education in the era of Society 5.0 requires a system that not only adapts to technological advances but also strengthens the formation of students' character. This study aims to explore the relevance of Thomas Lickona's concept of character education in the framework of education management in the context of Society 5.0. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this study examines scientific papers published between 2020 and 2025 through the stages of identification, selection, extraction, and thematic analysis. The research findings reveal that Lickona's three pillars, namely moral knowledge, moral feelings, and moral action, serve as an important foundation for integrating ethical values into education management, including curriculum design, school culture, and technology-enhanced learning environments. This study concludes that the Lickona approach remains highly relevant and can be applied effectively in the digital era to build a generation that is moral and educational institutions must adopt adaptive.
