This gap is exacerbated by rapid changes in the industrial landscape, where automation, digitalization, and the need for new skills (such as strong digital literacy and soft skills) are inevitable prerequisites. This study aims to analyze and describe the optimization of the Special Job Market at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran in increasing graduate absorption into the workforce. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis focuses on five optimization indicators according to Agus Dwiyanto: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability. The results of the study through the Optimization indicator Agus Dwiyanto Productivity, BKK SMKN 2 Buduran still faces obstacles in management due to limited human resources and difficulties in meeting company demand for prospective workers who match industry needs.
