This study aims to analyze the implementation of Village Funds in infrastructure development in Durensewu Village, Pasuruan Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively, including the Village Head, Village Treasurer, BPD Chair, and residents. Data analysis consisted of collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that Village Fund implementation in infrastructure development is not yet optimal. Obstacles include: (1) uneven distribution of information, causing some residents to be unaware of projects, (2) limited human resources with construction expertise, requiring assistance from external experts, and (3) inappropriate scheduling, as activities often coincide with the rainy season, leading to delays and extra costs. Thus, the use of Village Funds in Durensewu Village has not been fully effective and requires improvements in planning, communication, and technical implementation to support more sustainable development.
