Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a Web-Based Warehouse Information System with Barcode Integration at CV. Bulu Utama Tobacco. The research background is based on the company’s challenges, where stock recording was still carried out manually. This manual method often caused problems such as human errors, delays in reporting, and difficulties in tracking goods in real-time.The literature review refers to previous studies on web-based inventory systems, barcode systems, and warehouse management. The findings indicate that the use of barcode systems has significantly improved accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in stock management, although some earlier studies were limited to web-based manual recording without barcode integration.This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study at CV. Bulu Utama Tobacco. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The system development applied UML modeling (Use Case, Activity Diagram, and Flowchart) and was implemented using web technologies (PHP/Python, MySQL, and Barcode Scanner).
