Main Purpose this study seeks to determine the implementation of financial literacy and understanding of information technology on the performance of UMKM. Method this study used a qualitative descriptive method with several UMKM actors. Main findings UMKM actors are not optimal in utilizing existing information technology, many of them still have little knowledge of information technology in the business they are undertaking. Theory and practical implications the government must position itself as a coach and educator for UMKM actors. In addition, it also provides more knowledge about financial literacy and conducts training on how to make the most of information technology. Novelty this research raises concerns about UMKM actors in implementing financial literacy and the use of information technology.
