The development of the micro-enterprisesector of the local government through the Cooperative and Micro Enterprises Office presents the Micro-EnterpriseClinic as a solution to improve the competitiveness and skills of business actors with role theory According to Jim Ife & Frank Tesoriero (2008), the research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting interviews,documentation and observation. The results of the research obtained indicate that: The Role of MSME Facilitators
has made efforts to assist individuals or institutions have been given companions or mentors for MSME actors in
various business aspects. The Educating Role is running well and has been given significantly Through training.The communication forum is running well so that it is able to direct the fostered micro-enterprises
to obtain information regarding access to capital assistance, and finally the Technical Role, especially related to the micro-enterprise products used.
