This study aims to explain how teachers view the implementation of 21st century skills in elementary schools. This research focuses on critical thinking skills, creativity skills, collaboration skills, and communication skills. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 3 IKROM Wage, Sidoarjo, with a qualitative approach and case study. The participants of this study were two homeroom teachers of grade 5. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation used on teachers who actively teach at the school. The development of these skills is also influenced by things such as the teacher's learning approach, learning media, and learning environment. Therefore, to ensure that all students have equal opportunities to learn skills that are appropriate for the modern world, it is necessary to use more varied, creative, and inclusive learning strategies.
