The goals of this learning was to determine how employee work productivity at PT Bintang Teknik Nyata is influenced by work passion, workload, and work motivation. The methodology of this study is quantitative. This study involved 110 employees of PT Bintang Teknik Nyata as samples. The sampling strategy in this study used the total sampling method. This study used primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires and Likert scale measurements of respondents' answers. The SPSS program was used as part of the data analysis method in this study. The results of this study Work passion has a significant and positive influence onemployee work productivity, Workload does not have a significant impacton employee work productivity levels, Motivation has a significant and positive influence on employee work productivity.
