The transformator industry is a sector with a high risk of workplace accident, particularly during maintenance and repair processes. PT. Wismatata Eltra Perkasa, a company speciaizing in transformator maintenance, repair, and modification services, faces various potential hazards, such as elecctrocution, being crushed, or slipping. This study aims to identify and manage occupational accident risks during the transformer repair process at PT. Wismatata Eltra Perkasa. The Probability Impact Matrix (PIM) method was used to assess risk levels based on the probability and impact of potential hazards. Meanwhile, SWOT analysis was applied to formulate workplace safety improvement strategies by evaluating the company's internal and external factors. The results showed that the highest risk was electric shock during transformer disassembly, categorized as extreme. Several moderate and low-level risks were also found and require control measures. The SWOT analysis resulted in SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies to improve safety and competitiveness.
