Abstract

W This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Jambangan Village Government has implemented various strategy programs, such as skills training, the formation of women's cooperatives, strengthening health cadres, and activating the role of the PKK. The village government not only motivates and facilitates women's activities, but also encourages active participation and the preparation of regulations in development planning. However, there are still challenges such as limitations on women's participation, time and budget constraints, and the absence of special legal regulations (Perdes) that guarantee the desire for empowerment programs. This study recommends the importance of strengthening legal institutions and community-based inclusive mobilization strategies to create empowerment that is more equitable, sustainable, and responsive to the local needs of village women.
