The Posyandu Lansia program is one of the village government's efforts to improve the health status and quality of life of the elderly through community-based integrated health services. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Edward III's implementation theory serves as the analytical framework, encompassing four key indicators: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Posyandu Lansia program in Sidodadi Village has been relatively effective, as evidenced by the active involvement of community health cadres and strong community participation. However, several challenges remain, such as limited AZfacilities and insufficient medical personnel. The study recommends enhanced training for cadres, more optimal budget allocation, and strengthened coordination among stakeholders to ensure the program operates more effectively and sustainably.
