Abstract

This study  aims  to  determine  the  magnitude  of  the  influence  of  learning  styles  on cognitive learning outcomes in mathematics of elementary school students. The method in this study  is  an  associative  type  quantitative  approach.  Data  collection  uses  learningstyle questionnaire sheet instruments that have passed validity and reliability tests. The population and sample were all fourth grade students of SD N 2 Tamanasri totaling 11 children. Based on the simple linear regression test, the sig value is obtained. < α, which is 0.000 < 0.050, meaning that there is a significant and positive influence between learning styles visual, auditorial, and kinesthetic / VAK on cognitive math learning outcomes. The magnitude of the influence of X on Y is shown in the coefficient of determination test of 77.3%. Overall, this study proves that learning styles have a significant influence on cognitive learning outcomes in mathematics of elementary school students. To .............. process.
