Implementasi Program Kelas Ibu Hamil (KIH) Di Desa Bligo Kecamatan Candi Kabupaten Sidoarjo

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of the KIH program.The results of the study indicate that: First, the policy targets and objectives in the KIH class are in accordance with WHO standards. Second, Resource Readiness is evident from the readiness of existing resources and available facilities, materials and tools for the KIH Program. Third, Organizational Characteristics are appropriate. Fourth, the attitudes of the implementers are appropriate, this is seen from the supporting factors of internal strengths including the potential and support of supervisors (health center midwives). Fifth, Communication Policy is appropriate, seen from KIH members who feel comfortable in the services provided by KIH administrators. Sixth, the social environment is the lack of KIH members in following the predetermined schedule, this is due to various reasons and problems ranging from mothers still working and also other things.
