The study uses a descriptive qualitative approac.The findings indicate that the implementation of the stunting prevention policy in Sidokerto Village generally follows the guidelines provided by central and regional governments. Intervention programs such as child growth monitoring, supplementary feeding, nutrition education for pregnant women and toddlers, and capacity building for health cadres have been regularly conducted. However, several challenges remain, including low community participation, limited number and capacity of cadres, and insufficient facilities and infrastructure at posyandu centers. Despite these challenges, supporting factors such as cross-sectoral collaboration, strong commitment from the village government, and active involvement of health workers have played a key role in sustaining the program. This study recommends the need for enhanced community outreach, continuous training for cadres, and better financial support to strengthen stunting prevention efforts at the village level.
