Implementasi Posyandu Remaja Di Desa Kendalpecabean Kecamatan Candi Kabupaten Sidoarjo

The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the study show that: First, communication between members, cadres and also the Village Midwife is still inconsistent. Second, resources with various trainings prepared and attended by the Youth Posyandu administrators are able to support the specified main tasks and functions. The three dispositions have been able to run well, seen from the good response from the administrators, parents and members of the Youth Posyandu. The fourth bureaucratic structure has begun to run as seen from the existence of SOPs, but the SOPs have not been implemented optimally.
