Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning-Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (PjBL-STEM) pada siswa kelas IV SDN 173 Gresik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan pre-eksperimen One Group Pretest-Posttest pada 22 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang valid dan reliabel. Analisis data meliputi uji N-Gain untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan uji paired sample T-test untuk mengetahui pengaruh model PjBL-STEM secara signifikan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,77 (kategori tinggi) dan nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05), mengindikasikan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang signifikan. Kesimpulannya, model PjBL-STEM efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa, sekaligus mendukung pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 yang relevan dengan tuntutan kurikulum dan kebutuhan dunia nyata.
