Abstract

This study investigates the effect of integrative learning based on Islamic values on the religious attitudes of elementary school students in Social Studies (IPS). A quantitative approach with a true experimental design (pretest-posttest control group design) was applied to 60 fourth-grade students at SDN Cemandi Sedati, randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The instrument was a multiple-choice religious attitude test that had been validated and shown reliable. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26 through tests of normality, homogeneity, paired sample t-test, and independent sample t-test. The validity results indicated 24 of 30 items were valid (r ≥ 0.361) with high reliability (α = 0.935). Data met assumptions of normality and homogeneity. Findings showed a significant posttest difference between the experimental group (M = 88.23) and control group (M = 82.83; p = 0.041). The paired t-test confirmed significant gains in the experimental group (p = 0.000).
