During adolescence, a person's growth and development occur at a rapid pace. The Ministry of Health defines adolescents as individuals aged 10-18 years. Adolescents often engage in risky behaviors such as substance abuse, promiscuity, and violence/other crimes. Efforts to address these issues are outlined in Law No. 36 of 2009 and implemented through the Adolescent Health Post Program. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, focusing on Sutrisno's (2007) theory of effectiveness. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the Youth Health Post Program in improving access to youth health services in Balonggabus Village has been effective, but there are still some challenges, such as low participation and interest among youth, as well as the absence of Communication, Information, and Education (KIE) from Youth Health Post cadres.
