This study evaluates the waste management policy at the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Waste Processing Site (TPS3R) in Durungbedug Village using a qualitative descriptive method. Evaluation applies public policy theory with six indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Results indicate the program effectively reduces scattered waste and improves cleanliness, though community involvement and organic waste utilization remain limited. Efficiency is hindered by labor shortages and irregular collection schedules. Adequacy shows the policy meets community needs but does not fully resolve all issues. Equity indicates services reach all groups, yet economic benefits are uneven. Responsiveness reflects community support, though complaints persist regarding service aspects. Accuracy confirms policy relevance as it reduces environmental impacts, especially air pollution from waste burning, contributing positively to sustainability in the village.
