Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Personality Traits, Entreprenuer Skills, and Digital Marketing on the Exit Strategy of Sidoarjo Regency MSMEs. This research method uses a quantitative method, the research population is Food and Beverage MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency, the sampling technique uses the simple random sampling technique, the research sample is 50 respondents. Data collection through questionnaires, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.
