Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of Singogalih State Elementary School through the application of the Self-Directed Learning (SDL) learning model. The main problem faced is the low student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education subjects, with only 30.43% of students reaching the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) in the pre-cycle. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the SDL model. In cycle I, the percentage of students who reached the KKM increased to 56.52%, and in cycle II it increased further to 91.30%.
