This study aims to map the organizational culture implemented in a Food and Beverage company in Kavling DPR Sidoarjo and identify the organizational culture expected to improve organizational performance. In an increasingly competitive industry, especially in the food and beverage sector, organizational culture plays a crucial role in strengthening competitiveness and maintaining business continuity. This study uses a qualitative research method. Data accumulation techniques through interviews. The results of the study indicate that the current organizational culture still requires adjustments to better suit the company's needs. Organizational culture using a descriptive qualitative approach method with this case study shows that organizational culture as an organizational strategy is expected to improve organizational performance in the future. By adopting an appropriate organizational culture, companies can create a more innovative work environment, increase employee engagement, and strengthen values that support the achievement of the company's vision and mission.
