This study examines the relationship between the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial commitment, and work culture on the productivity of UD. Amzari. The purposive sampling technique was used. All employees, a total of 98 people, were the population of this study. When using the entire population, a saturated sampling method was used. The author used a saturated sampling strategy to select the sample because the population was relatively small. Overall, 98 staff members were the research sample. To collect the data for this study, respondents were given a questionnaire via Google Form. In addition, the analytical procedure used software called SPSS V26. Multiple linear regression analysis and general assumption testing were two data analysis methods. The t-test and R2 test were used in hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that the variables of the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial commitment, and work culture on the productivity of UD. Amzari,
