Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of intrinsic motivation, organizational support, and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in BPR Delta Artha Perseroda. With the increasing competition in the banking industry, this study seeks to understand the factors that affect OCB as one of the keys to organizational success. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample of this study is 80 employees of BPR Delta Artha Perseroda who were selected using the census sampling method. This study shows that intrinsic motivation, organizational support, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on OCB in BPR Delta Artha Perseroda, with intrinsic motivation as the most influential factor. This study concludes that intrinsic motivation, organizational support, and organizational commitment are important factors in improving OCB in BPR Delta Artha Perseroda.
