This study aims to describe and analyze the innovation of Child Identity Card (KIA) services through the ADA DIA Program in Krembung District. The first research result, Relative Advantage (Relative Advantage) Innovation of KIA services through ADA DIA can be implemented well. Second, Compatibility (Suitability) of ADA DIA Innovation in Krembung District has conformity with previous conditions and in accordance with current community needs. Third, Complexity (Complexity) of ADA DIA Innovation in Krembung District shows a low level of complexity from the service provider side. Fourth, Triability (Possibility to be tried) the community who find this ADA DIA innovation easy and fast, so that until now the implementation of the innovation is still running. Fifth, Observability (Ease of observation) of ADA DIA Innovation in Child Identity Card (KIA) management services in Krembung District shows high observability because the work method is easy to understand and the results are clearly visible.
