This study aims to examine the effectiveness of alphabetic flash card media in improving students’ ability to write alphabetic letters and spell letters in English language learning at the beginner level. The research is grounded in the need for instructional approaches that integrate visual, kinesthetic, and verbal elements to reinforce simultaneous mastery of the alphabet. A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest design was employed with two groups: an experimental group using alphabetic flash cards and a control group receiving conventional instruction. Research instruments included an alphabet writing test, an alphabet spelling test, and observation sheets. Data were analyzed using paired t-tests and ANCOVA. The findings indicate that the use of alphabetic flash cards led to a statistically significant improvement in both writing and spelling skills compared to the conventional method, with p-values below 0.05 and effect sizes ranging from moderate to large.
