This study explores students’ perceptions of oral presentations in enhancing English-speaking skills, focusing on cognitive, affective, and conative aspects based on Schiffman and Kanuk’s theory. Conducted at MTs Bilingual Muslimat NU Pucang, Sidoarjo, the research used a descriptive qualitative approach with four eighth-grade students selected for their proficiency and participation. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using data reduction, display, and verification. Findings show that students view oral presentations as beneficial. Cognitively, they improved in vocabulary, sentence structure, and pronunciation. Affectively, initial nervousness shifted to increased confidence and a more positive attitude. Conatively, students demonstrated strong motivation, preparing thoroughly by practicing pronunciation and mastering the material, choosing to speak in English despite difficulties. The study concludes that oral presentations support students’ language development by enhancing knowledge, boosting emotional readiness, and encouraging active learning behavior in English speaking.
