This research study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the food security program in Kendalpecabean Village. results of the study show that: First, the implementation of communication has been carried out well, this shows concern and also good cooperation to solve existing problems. Second, Resources are seen from the results of the interviews that the village government will immediately improve village infrastructure that can have an impact on all from village funds, and river improvement infrastructure will have a very big impact on farmers. The three dispositions in handling Poktan are running well, this is evident from the results of interviews with village government officials that there is a commitment to addressing existing problems and is welcomed by farmers. Fourth, Bureaucratic Structure, has a significant influence on policy implementation. This factor is very helpful in accelerating the decision-making process and increasing the efficiency of farming businesses.
