This research study aims to determine how the Implementation of Integrated One-Stop Service and Accessibility Rights for Persons with Disabilities at the High Military Court III of Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research obtained indicate that direct socialization is needed because many people with disabilities do not know about the policies and service procedures in PTSP, the quantity of officers in PTSP is sufficient but there are still officers who hold more than one task in different fields, education and training are needed because there are still officers who are less responsive, and the facilities and infrastructure in PTSP are not all integrated in one door.
