Abstract

The reservation system is an essential solution to improve service effectiveness, including in the automotive repair sector. Sumber Rejeki Jaya Motor Workshop in Tanggulangin still relies on manual recording, which leads to issues such as data entry errors, unorganized queues, and difficulty in retrieving customer data. To address these problems, a web-based reservation application was developed using the Laravel framework and Agile Development method. Laravel was chosen for its MVC architecture support, comprehensive features, and strong documentation, while Agile allows continuous system adjustments based on user needs. This system supports data recording, queue management, damage identification, cost estimation, and reporting. Implementing a reservation system has been proven to enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and resource management, making it a strategic step in modernizing workshop services.
