The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of Toddler Posyandu Cadres in Realizing Stunting-Free Villages in Balongdowo Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study used a qualitative method. The results of the study found three roles of cadres in preventing stunting: 1) Predisposing Factor, to approach the posyandu cadres also establish good communication in various ways. However, there are also cadres who are not yet optimal in providing community confidence in the posyandu 2) Enabling Factor, the suboptimal facilities and infrastructure of the Posyandu require great support both in terms of procurement of equipment and other support, and 3) Reenforcing Factor, in carrying out their duties and roles, posyandu cadres are accompanied by field officers or health workers from the Candi Health Center. Posyandu cadres are expected to be the spearhead in preventing stunting cases. Posyandu cadres are able to convey information related to stunting.
