Web-Based Inventory System Design Using the Agile Method for Management Efficiency in Buduran District
Perancangan Sistem Inventaris Barang Berbasis Web dengan Metode Agile untuk Efisiensi Manajemen di Kecamatan Buduran

The rapid growth of information technology has influenced government administration, including asset and inventory management. In Buduran Subdistrict, Sidoarjo, inventory data is still recorded manually, causing data inconsistencies and inefficiencies. To solve this, a web-based inventory information system was developed using the Agile method, which emphasizes iterative development and continuous user feedback. The system enables digital recording, tracking, and reporting of inventory, improving accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. Black Box testing showed all features worked with a 100% success rate. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) revealed a 95.6% satisfaction rate from five respondents (two admins and three staff). The system is expected to enhance operational effectiveness and support better asset management decisions.
