PT. Indo Ceria often faces challenges in planning its production activities. An analysis of production data from January to December 2023 reveals significant fluctuations, leading to excess production capacity and an accumulation of finished goods in the warehouse. During this period, the total output reached 2,036,864,790 pieces. This study seeks to forecast the quantity of products to be manufactured over the next year by developing a production planning model aimed at optimizing both production output and working hours. The study utilizes the Double Exponential Smoothing, Triple Exponential Smoothing, and Goal Programming approaches, with computations facilitated by the LINGO software. Based on the forecasting results for the January–December 2023 period, using the equation = 22,182,816.99 + (–64,227.20), the projected production quantity is 2,037,964,579.45 pieces, requiring a total working time of 98,153 minutes or 1,636 hours.
