Abstract

Indonesia is rich in ethnic, cultural and religious diversity, but there are still gaps in understanding that can trigger intolerance among the younger generation. Pancasila education with global diversity can be an effective means to instill multicultural values and shape the character of cultural literacy of the archipelago. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the subject of one teacher and three fourth grade students of SDN Tambakrejo 2 Krembung in the 2024/2025 school year. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, with analysis through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, and validity testing using triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of Pancasila education with global diversity succeeded in fostering multicultural literacy characters. Through cultural activities such as folklore, traditional clothing competitions, and art performances, students become more enthusiastic about diversity. Obstacles such as the lack of interactive media can be overcome with learning innovations.
