This study aims to determine the influence of selection variables, work experience, and training on the performance of CV employees. Sinar Terang Pasuruan. This study aims to understand the extent to which these factors can improve the productivity and quality of work of company employees. The method used is quantitative research with an associative approach, which aims to find out the relationship between these variables. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 150 selected production employees using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS Software. The results of the study showed that the selection variable had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, followed by work experience which also had a significant effect. In addition, training provided regularly and continuously has been proven to be able to improve employee skills and knowledge, thus having a positive impact on work performance.
