Educational Management is an effort to manage the improvement of educational performance so that schools become organized and orderly until they can work on good strategies, strategies here are tactical steps, and practices to develop maximum educational management. So that education can be seen by the public as an education that has achievements, it is necessary to have an effort to brand education, here the goal of education is branding for elementary schools that implement inclusive education as a weapon. Inclusive Education Management is a series of efforts to improve efforts, and performance to continue to upgrade education so that education patterns are not stagnant and monotonous. The results of the study found that the implementation of the strategy of building branding in elementary schools as multi-talent schools that educational institutions have only taken two initial stages (brand blueprint, and brand delivery)
