Design and Construction of an Application to Introduce Historical Sites of the Buton Sultanate Using Android-Based Augmented Reality

This research aims to design and develop an application based on android using Augmented technology to inroduce historical sites of buton sultanate. Showing 3D model of historical object such as keratonwolio fort, agung keraton buton mosque, and malige palace, with hope this app can be interactive and edicative media. With waterfall method for develop method of this app, Data collected trough obsevation, interview, and literature review. The results of the study indicate that this application successfully presents historical information visually and engagingly by leveraging the AR capabilities of Android devices
