This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, compensation, and leadership style on the performance of
production employees at PT. Narmada Awet Muda. A quantitative approach was applied using simple random
sampling, with data collected from 165 respondents and analyzed through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method
using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that compensation and leadership style have a positive and significant
effect on employee performance, with leadership style being the most dominant factor. Meanwhile, workload has no
significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence performance. These findings provide
strategic recommendations regarding workload management, compensation, and leadership style to improve
employee performance.
