This study aims to design and develop a web-based school asset management information system to improve the organization and efficiency of asset management processes at MTsN 1 Sidoarjo. The research also seeks to identify the impact of the developed application on the effectiveness and efficiency of school operations, particularly in supporting teaching and learning activities. The development follows the Waterfall model, encompassing needs analysis, system design using UML diagrams, implementation with PHP and MySQL, and system testing through black-box techniques. The system enables structured recording, tracking, and reporting of school assets with role-based user access.
