Middleware Payment Gateway pada Platform Digital Crowdfunding

This research develops a microservices-based payment gateway middleware for a digital crowdfunding platform. By adopting the Customer Effort Score (CES) Framework, the system is able to identify and mitigate barriers to user experience. The implemented digital solution includes API integration for payments and features such as top-up, account opening, and transaction history, supporting various payment methods such as virtual accounts, QRIS, and e-wallets. As a result, the system improves transaction efficiency, security, and ease, while providing a better user experience. This implementation is considered scalable and relevant to support the growth of the digital economy in the crowdfunding sector.
