Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often manage their businesses manually, causing inefficiencies such as inventory mismatches, lost items, and poor financial records. To address these challenges, this study designed and developed a seller-based web e-commerce application to digitize business operations. Built using the Django REST framework, the system enables sellers to manage products, track orders, and process payments through an integrated platform. Functional testing using the Black Box method showed a 100% success rate across features like registration, login, product display, and payment via Stripe. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive for both sellers and buyers. This platform not only improves operational efficiency but also expands business reach, especially for UMKM CV. Bahtera Plastik. While the system performs well in the short term, further research is needed to assess long-term impact and scalability. Future development is expected to bring the application to a semi-professional level, broader adoption among MSMEs.
