Abstract

The decline in productivity at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras in 2020 prompted the need for a systematic and quantitative evaluation of operational performance. This situation required data-driven performance measurement to identify the root causes of inefficiency and improve process effectiveness. This study employed the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) method, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Objective Matrix (OMAX) to evaluate nine productivity indicators. The weighting results from AHP produced the following priority order: production output (0.42), electricity usage (0.20), fuel energy and working hours (each 0.10), machine breakdowns (0.06), mixtron material (0.04), blotong (0.03), tobacco waste (0.03), and cow manure (0.02). The OMAX evaluation results showed the highest performance on the indicators of working hours (index 0.83) and production output (0.71).
