Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze Effectiveness of Online Population Administration Services in Dukuhsari Village. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with an approach through observation and interviews, and using primary and secondary data. The results of the study: First, the indicator of goal achievement can be concluded that it shows a strong commitment to providing quality population administration services that are responsive to the needs of residents. Second, the indicator of integrity can be concluded that the Dukuhsari Village Government is committed to improving the quality of population administration services and encouraging efficiency and transparency. Third, the adaptation indicator of the Dukuhsari Village Government shows strong adaptation and support for the use of the Dukuhsari Village Population Registration Form. This is evident from the willingness of officers to operate the system, the availability of adequate infrastructure (such as internet connection and devices).
